I think it's primarily the opportunity cost there, though: for $13k, someone can buy a newer something else and not have to worry about what headaches the engineering icon can bring. Even the most seasoned z32 guru will be very picky when selecting a personal chassis to avoid these issues just the same. But I'll admit, the cost vs. value is a strong deterrant even for me, and may be a large factor in how long I'll keep my slicktop an NA.
